Most fitness events measure how fast you can run or how much you can lift. The Super Age Games measures something more important: how long you’ll live well.
Eight trials, each one built around a longevity marker scientists use to see how different systems in your body are aging. We’re talking unique and genuinely challenging ways to test grip strength, cardiovascular capacity, agility, endurance under load, functional strength, balance—plus trials that put your cognitive and relational skills to the test in ways you’ve never experienced in a fitness competition.
The specifics of our Trials are top secret. But from now until November 7, we’ll give you hints, training protocols, and show you exactly how to train to show up ready to compete.
